Brand Ambassador - Part-Time | $23/hr + Weekly Bonuses | In-Person

Location: In person (local events, retail stores, and tradeshows)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00/hour + uncapped weekly performance bonuses

Top performers earn $48K+ annually working part-time

We’re looking for outgoing, confident Brand Ambassadors to represent our industry-leading window and door solutions and connect with potential customers in your local community.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and community events
• Start conversations and build rapport to uncover customer needs
• Educate potential customers about our window and door products
• Generate high-quality leads by scheduling free in-home consultations
• Use persuasive communication and active listening to encourage next steps

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A natural conversationalist who enjoys talking to people
• Goal-driven, resilient, and motivated even in the face of rejection
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working face to face in high-traffic environments
• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Able to stand on your feet for 5–10 hours
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (event materials, displays, etc.)
• A team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
