Job Description

Our customer is a privately held marketing & publishing company, located in Tarpon Springs. They are growing rapidly and seeking well rounded Client Service Managers to join their team. If you have the drive to help customers, the ability to multi-task, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, this is the role for you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound inquiries regarding the customers products and services
• Respond to inquiries regarding products/services and availability with sufficient and relevant information
• Assist in placing new orders, quoting product availability, and/or updates on order status
• Investigate and resolve all customer inquiries
• Utilize computer systems to gather information, troubleshoot, monitor calls, and check status

Position requirements:

• Minimum of two or more years of previous customer service and/or sales support experience
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle customer request via phone calls, chat sessions and emails with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Types a minimum of 45 wpm

Location: Tarpon Springs 34689 (onsite only)

Hours: Flex schedule between 6:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: $19 to $24/hour, based on experience
