ABOUT THE POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Collaborating with a seasoned team of estimators, superintendents, and skilled tradespeople
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals
• Implementing rigorous safety standards across all project sites
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Background in multiple sectors (healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, or public works)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
