Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-level executive support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for senior leadership. This role is critical in driving organizational efficiency, enabling company initiatives, and ensuring executive priorities are met in alignment with business objectives.

The individual will play a key role in managing executive workflows, optimizing internal processes, and serving as a communication bridge between senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to coordinate projects, manage schedules, and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support executives in daily operations to ensure goals and objectives are achieved efficiently.
  • Maintain, refine, and streamline processes to enable leadership effectiveness across the organization.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on projects, communications, and follow-ups.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and flow of information to ensure priorities are addressed promptly.
  • Plan and orchestrate tasks to align with executive priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure seamless collaboration across teams and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, priorities, and information flow.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
