Our client, a highly respected boutique philanthropic consulting firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their close-knit team. Responsibilities:
- Manage complex daily scheduling, inbox, and calendar coordination
- Serve as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are seamlessly managed
- Support project management systems to enhance efficiency and organizational growth
- Draft and edit high-level communications with accuracy, discretion, and care
- Collaborate across clients, foundations, political partners, and internal teams
- Coordinate detailed point-to-point travel, ensuring smooth itineraries and real-time adjustments
- Build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders, engaging with warmth, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated loyalty and stability in previous roles
- Strong judgment, tact, and discretion
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Advanced technical skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, AI tools, etc.
- Proven success creating and maintaining systems in dynamic environments
- Professional, resilient, and highly collaborative approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Details:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site in West Los Angeles, with flexibility required
- Salary: $125K–$150K DOE + comprehensive benefits
