FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

St Louis, MO

Our client has been designing and building state of the art industrial metal fabrication equipment in the US for over 100 years. Their machines are the most innovate and technologically advanced on the market today. They have a global reputation as providing top of the line machines. They are big enough to dominate their market, but small enough to have a small company feel. They have a great work culture and very low employee turnover.

For this position, we’re looking for someone:

• With at least 2 + years’ experience in the industrial maintenance or a similar field.
• Must have a strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics is required.
• Experience with PLC’s, servo systems and industrial controls is preferred.
• Willingness to travel (90%) as needed.

The position is coming open due to retirement later this year. Weeks of training to familiarize you with their equipment and work overlap with the retiring technician for several weeks will be provided.

Starting salary is $85 – 100k DOE. Other than a NAFTA TN visa, client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa now or in the future.
