Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence in state court
• Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions and document production
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Collaborate on trial prep and legal strategy with senior attorneys
• Maintain active communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California State Bar
• 3+ years of recent civil litigation experience
• Familiarity with family law temporary restraining orders (TROs) and plaintiff-side personal injury cases preferred
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
