Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Intern to join our team immediately. This is an in-office position with both full-time and part-time opportunity available (minimum of 3 days per week required). The Office Intern will support daily operations, assist with administrative tasks, and gain hands-on experience in a professional business setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation
• Help with data entry, reporting, and maintaining company records
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
• Participate in special projects and provide support across different departments
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
• Occasionally run errands

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A proactive, positive, and professional attitude

Compensation & Schedule

• $18 per hour
• Immediate hire
• In-office position, with flexible scheduling
• Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week required)
