Job Description

Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our North Atlanta team as a Part-Time Event Setup Associate. This role involves the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

As needed hours including:

• Monday 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m
• Tuesday 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and event equipment according to event requirements and room diagrams.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and stored properly after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service corridors and storage areas.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate event setup and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors or event organizers.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 10 pounds frequently, with occasional heavier lifting as needed).
• Capable of standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping for extended periods.
• Physical stamina and coordination to handle repetitive tasks and manual labor.

Qualifications :

• Reliable transportation to and from the office or event site.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Prior event or setup experience is a plus but not required.
