Quantum Roofing is currently looking to add full-time individuals to our team of Sales Managers to assist in handling the inundation of leads from the Asheville, N.C. region.

We are a growing company with advancement opportunities in the southeast markets. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing roofing projects from inception to completion while driving sales and fostering client relationships. This position requires a blend of project management expertise and sales acumen to ensure successful project execution and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable interacting face to face with customers on a daily basis.
Ability and confidence to climb a ladder to a roof is often necessary.
Please maintain reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
High school education or GED is a minimum requirement.
You will bring an independent nature, self-discipline, and practiced time management skills.
Sales experience is preferred.
Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures / video during home inspections.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Creating estimates and measuring home exteriors / identifying damages and wear.
Marketing / lead generation for new prospects.
Inspecting and documenting homes properly for storm damage.
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on appropriate next-steps to provide a solution to their roofing situation. This may include a walk-through of any insurance claims process. Whether insurance is involved or not, we ultimately will lead them to sign restoration agreements that solve their problems.
