This is a full-time, on-site role at our buzzing HQ in downtown Louisville, KY.

What You'll Do:

• Social First Service : Help elevate our already amazing internal production teams by helping to develop Hawthorn's social-first division. You'll drive social strategy, manage posting schedules, execute impactful paid ads, and leverage analytics to master the algorithms—maximizing brand exposure for our extensive client base.

• Social Strategy Superstar: Craft innovative social media strategies tailored specifically for our Creative Agency, Product Design Teams and help find our voice to market our services. Your strategies will spark conversation, drive engagement, and build brand communities.

• Paid Media Powerhouse: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), Google Ads, streaming services, and traditional channels like billboards and commercials. Your precision targeting will maximize every marketing dollar.

• Analytics Alchemist: Dive deep into analytics, translating digital data into actionable insights that clearly show performance, growth opportunities, and ROI.

• Content Calendar Conductor: Create, manage, and maintain dynamic content calendars that keep audiences engaged, brands top-of-mind, and content strategically aligned.

• PR & Influencer Dynamo: Craft compelling press releases, manage influencer outreach, and maintain comprehensive media and influencer databases to amplify campaigns and partnerships.

• AI Innovator: Utilize AI tools effectively to enhance productivity, creative output, and strategic efficiency across social media and digital marketing workflows.

Who You Are:

• Obsessed with digital storytelling , social media trends, and analytics—someone who loves turning data into creative insights.

• Experienced in managing social media and paid digital campaigns (3+ years preferred) , ideally in an agency environment.

• A strategic thinker skilled in PR , influencer management, and adept at maintaining organized media and influencer databases.

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Opus, Slack, digital analytic software, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflow.

• Highly organized, proactive, capable of multitasking , and a ble to pivot quickly as our dynamic business evolves.

• Exceptional communicator who thrives both independently and in collaborative, creative environments.
