Workday Consultant - Adaptive Planning - Solution Architect
12 Month Contract
Workday Consultant - Adaptive Planning - Solution Architect to work down backlog and current support needs post ongoing releases from Workday, break fix, features not prioritized, and minor enhancements
Deep understanding of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, including financial planning, workforce planning, and operational planning modules,
Functional Skills:
Hospitality / Travel / Tourism / Merchandise
Understanding of CRM + ERP + HCM processes and workflows to support end to end workflows
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of usability and accessibility aspects of software.
Experience in headcount planning and financial planning.
Experience in data quality and data transformation to integrate with other BI and systems
Demonstrated expertise and functional awareness in managing Workday integrations.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
Proficiency in using XML for data exchange and XSLT for data transformation.
Knowledge of Workday's web services for integration and data access.
Ability to design and implement data models within Workday Adaptive Planning.
Familiarity with relational database technologies and DB design.
Understanding of API fundamentals and how to work with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of data formats such as JSON and XML.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and processes.
Experience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Scrum constructs.
