Thank you to all the families that have donated their spare cochlear implant processors! Luthando Nkungwana had his sound processor upgraded with a donated N7 processor and kit (from a class mate of his, Inako Kom). He has big smiles and is ready to take on the remainder of Grade 8 at the Seven Steps Academy in Cape Town. We still have many CI recipients using old technology, whom will benefit significantly with later model processors, so please consider paying it forward by donating any spare parts to our unit.
